Job Description
Talent and Performance Specialist will support implementation of comprehensive performance and talent management framework for An Post.
Responsibilities:
* Support Learning and Talent Development Manager to define An Posts talent development and performance management strategies and frameworks.
* Support HRBPs to implement key components of talent and performance processes within their business area.
* Oversee completion of performance management processes by HRBPs (objective setting, development planning, calibration, and succession planning).
* Develop and implement upskilling framework to support An Post employees to engage with performance management and development planning processes.
* Implement framework to support development planning for those outside of performance management formal process.
* Continuously improve performance and development management process incorporating feedback from employees.
* Provide detailed reports that support implementation of succession planning in specific business areas.
* Develop and maintain An Posts Library of Goals.
* Provide data and metrics that support annual reporting into senior management.
* Analyse performance differences in various business areas, workforce segments and hierarchical levels, sharing insights with HRBPs and senior management group.
* Collaborate with Comp and Benefits Teams to support alignment of performance management frameworks and compensation.
