ECommerce Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven ECommerce Manager to take ownership of our online business and drive growth. This high-impact role covers strategy, execution, and operations, playing a crucial part in scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel.
Key Responsibilities
* ECommerce Growth & Website Management:
o Develop and execute a robust eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and meet targets.
o Manage and optimize our Shopify Plus stores across ROI, UK, and the USA.
o Continuously improve UX/UI, conversion rates, and site performance.
o Serve as the primary contact for website technical issues, liaising with web development partners.
* Customer Acquisition & Retention:
o Lead our Klaviyo email marketing strategy, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns.
o Identify opportunities to increase AOV (Average Order Value), reduce cart abandonment, and refine the purchase journey.
o Work with our digital agency to enhance paid media performance.
* Performance & Data-Driven Optimisation:
o Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and report key eCommerce metrics.
o Identify and implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to boost revenue.
o Leverage data insights to refine the customer journey and drive growth.
o Continuously test, learn, and iterate to optimize performance.
* Operations & Fulfilment:
o Work closely with the Operations Team and 3PL partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
o Manage stock forecasting and conduct system checks to prevent disruptions.
o Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and the D2C customer experience.
* Strategic Growth & Business Impact:
o Report regularly on website performance and customer behavior to inform broader growth strategy.
o Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an eCommerce role within a high-growth D2C brand.
* Expertise in Shopify Plus (essential).
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Klaviyo.
* Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of eCommerce sales funnels and revenue growth.
* Highly analytical, with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
* Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
