ICBANs mission is to improve the quality of life and prosperity of the Central Border Region, by creating a dynamic model of best practice and partnership in cross-border development.
Due to recent project funding successes the cross-border partnership is recruiting for the following position GRASP Project Monitoring & Evaluation Officer SO2(SP 26 £36,124 SP 28 £37,928) The Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN) are seeking to appoint a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to collaborate with our partners on the new PEACEPLUS funded Green Accelerator Skills Programme (GRASP), led by South West College.
The consortium will deliver c.50 Green Skills Programmes, to support 2,000 current and prospective construction employees through a variety of accredited education and training programmes.
The GRASP project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for co-ordinating the monitoring and evaluation function on behalf of ICBAN.
This willguide project management activities throughout, thus ensuring outcomes and results are captured, understood and used to inform the implementation process, enabling project refinement where necessary.
This individual will developM&E processes that will seek to track and record the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets, relating to individual participants indicators and the overall impacts.
Key Requirements: A third level qualification.
