Position Overview:
As the Marketing & Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and other key stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that move prospects through the marketing funnel—from initial awareness to conversion. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
2. Drive brand awareness through content marketing, social media, PR, and events.
3. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create messaging and positioning that resonate with their target audience.
4. Manage and optimize website content, ensuring strong SEO performance and alignment with marketing goals.
5. Develop the content calendar and engaging content (blogs, videos, webinars, case studies) to nurture the top-of-funnel.
Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
1. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
2. Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to move leads through the funnel to conversion.
3. Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for ROI and conversion rates.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead handoff, follow-up processes, and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track and report on key marketing and demand generation metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI).
2. Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce CRM to monitor campaign success.
3. Present insights to leadership and recommend strategic adjustments to improve performance.
Product Marketing (Nice to have)
1. Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our client's solutions in the market.
2. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials.
3. Telecommunications OSS and BSS applications.
4. Mission critical B2B, enterprise software, SaaS Software Technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 5+ years in a marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, product marketing role, in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
2. Experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4. Skills:
1. Proven track record in managing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
2. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.
3. Strong knowledge of content creation (written and visual).
4. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid digital marketing.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams.
8. A growth mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.
