Job Title: HR Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our organization in Dublin city centre for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees across EMEA on any HR queries focused on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation queries.
Responsibilities:
* Recommend solutions to any employee relations-related enquiries and escalate as needed to management for further investigation.
* Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies.
* Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
* Collaborate with other centres of excellence.
* Manage HR Inbox of relevant queries.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Prior experience working in a centralized HR department or shared services organization – Highly desirable.
* Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred.
* Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
