About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market Sales team in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales, particularly in HRIS/HCM software and security-related products.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve high growth targets.
* Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by understanding customers' needs and mapping them to the value of our platform.
* Monitor sales performance, including activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
* Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
* Identify areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity and implement changes.
* Lead your team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Participate in hiring and interviewing processes, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members.
Requirements
* Fluency in English and French.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in EMEA region.
* Proven track record of scaling business across the EMEA region.
* Able to accurately forecast team performance.
* Motivated with a desire to learn and strong work ethic.
* Experience selling HRIS/HCM software or security-related products.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
