Trinity College Dublin- an introduction Post Summary: The Quality Office in Trinity Teaching & Learning welcomes applications from candidates with demonstrated excellence in Professional Services for the position of Administrative Officer to manage core operational functions within the Quality Office, including, but not limited to, review planning and coordination, internal and external stakeholder communication, maintenance of professional and statutory accreditation body register, and quality office administration processes including the annual planner, financial, asset and records management.
A successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar role and must be willing and able to contribute to all aspects of professional support within Quality Office remit.
The Quality Office is located within Trinity Teaching and Learning (TTL).
We work to ensure that the College meets its statutory obligations with regard to Quality, and that its quality assurance procedures and processes are aligned appropriately with national legislation and with international standards and guidelines.
The purpose of the Quality Office is to ensure that quality is integrated with institutional strategy and embedded in institutional culture and behaviours.
Our objective is to assure and enhance the quality and reputation of Trinity College Dublin's education and research provision, so that 'quality' is a factor that attracts students and academics to study and work at Trinity.
Post status: Permanent Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€45,410 - €56,947 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
