Job Title: Quality and Accounts Technician
A hybrid role based in South Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of financial statements up to and including Trial Balance.
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management and the Responsible Person.
* Maintain familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and the Quality Management System.
* Assist with product and supplier setup, stock orders, documentation, and deliveries.
* Obtain quotes for courier and freight services for potential shipments and handle customs procedures.
* Monitor and prepare tenders for online submission.
* Project manage initiatives as required.
Authority
* Receive and document complaints for onward transmission to the Financial Controller and Responsible Person.
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
* Strong accounts experience (AITI or Part Qualified Accountant).
* Proven experience in financial control up to and including trial balance.
* Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and multitask.
* Diligence and critical thinking skills.
* Knowledge of the Pharma and Medical Device sector is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in or with Quality Management Systems is beneficial.
