What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional who can deliver outstanding customer experiences while exceeding sales targets.
Proven Sales Experience – Minimum of 3 years in HVAC or related in-home sales
HVAC Knowledge – Understanding of residential HVAC systems and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions
Goal-Oriented – Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent Communicator – Ability to educate customers and close sales by highlighting the value of our solutions
Relationship Builder – Capable of fostering trust and long-term connections with clients
Organized & Self-Motivated – Strong time-management skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Achieve $1.5M–$2M in sales your first year, with potential to reach $4.5M+
* Engage with Customers – Consult with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
* Convert Leads into Sales – Manage qualified leads—no cold calling required! Leads are provided through technicians, marketing, and third-party sources
* Follow-Up & Close Deals – Utilize effective follow-up strategies to secure sales and ensure post-sale satisfaction
* Document & Communicate – Keep accurate records of proposals, financing options, and customer communication using industry-leading software
* Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator to maximize your success
What You Need to Succeed:
* 3+ Years of HVAC Sales Experience (Preferred) – Preferably in residential in-home sales
* Strong Sales Track Record – Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue goals
* HVAC System Knowledge – Familiarity with residential heating, cooling, and air quality systems
* Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to educate, build trust, and close sales effectively
* Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using modern tools like iPads, field printers, and digital platforms
