Link Personnel are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Foreign-Qualified Lawyer with proven experience in legal research and legal review to join a Project Team with a Top Tier Law Firm on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting legal projects, ensuring compliance with Irish and international legal standards, and conducting in-depth legal analysis across multiple jurisdictions. This contract role offers a Foreign-Qualified Lawyer the opportunity to work on high-impact legal projects with a Top Tier Irish Law Firm.Salary: to €50kBenefits: Hybrid working, Subsidised Canteen, On-Site GymThe Role:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on Irish, EU, and international laws and regulations.Perform legal document review, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws.Draft and proofread legal memoranda, reports, and other legal documentation.Support senior legal professionals in case law analysis, due diligence, and regulatory assessments.Monitor changes in legislation and provide concise summaries of their impact.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams and clients.Assist in contract review, negotiations, and risk assessments.The Candidate:Foreign-qualified lawyer with a relevant working visa, a recognized law degree and professional qualification from a jurisdiction outside Ireland.Strong legal research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.Experience in legal document review, regulatory compliance, or litigation support.Familiarity with Irish and EU legal frameworks is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Immediate availability to start work on a contract basis.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal consultancy.Exposure to multi-jurisdictional legal matters.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information effectively.
