Job Description
We offer a unique opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. As a Customer Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams in delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of office administrative experience, preferably in a service-related industry. Waste management experience is desired, but not essential. Strong team player skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement continuous improvements are essential for success in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise with sales, operations, administration, and finance teams on a daily basis
* Support sales team with quotations, presentations, and customer day-to-day support
* Take ownership of issues and concerns of suppliers, including operational issues, pricing/invoice queries, etc.
* Perform office-based administrative duties for the Sales Admin/Operations teams
* Coordinate between internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain and manage customer databases and operate CRM systems
Requirements
* Proven office administrative experience (2-3 years)
* Experience in a service-related industry (ideally pharmaceutical or chemical)
* Waste management experience (desired)
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to implement continuous improvements
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Applications)
