Weltec Engineering is seeking Qualified Electricians to join our growing team in Waterford. As an electrician with Weltec, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components in commercial properties.
* Diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems are functioning correctly and safely.
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards, and company policies.
* Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure ongoing safety and efficiency.
* Complete and maintain accurate records of work performed, including job reports, materials used, and any issues encountered.
* Work closely with other trades and engineers on site to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
* Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve work quality.
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe, and good working condition
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Hold a National Craft Certificate, with a proven track record of 6+ yrs time served.
* Prior experience in the industrial and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and tools
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Training Certifications Required:
* Safe Pass
* Manual Handling Certificate
