We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Delivery Manager to join our growing engineering organisation. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering complex engineering programs that contribute significantly to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
* Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project success.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of engineering delivery processes and methodologies.
* Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in engineering delivery or program management roles.
* Complex Program Management: Proven experience managing complex programs with extensive budgets.
* Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience implementing them successfully.
* Cloud-Based Technologies: Experience working with Cloud-based technologies is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
