re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and analytically focused Business Analyst in support of our Reverse Logistics (RL) program.
As a Reverse Logistics Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing metrics and dashboards to support multiple initiatives within our global network focused on sustainability and recovery.
The role will be focused on supporting Finance, Accounting and Sustainability partners through analysis and dashboard creation.
Dashboard creation will support daily operations, track KPIs, and provide holistic performance measurements to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring strategic commitments are made and operations are exceeding desired performance levels by using metrics to drive accountability and process improvements.
To achieve this you will need to partner with multiple project leads to align on business needs in order to continuously optimize our end-to-end supply chain.
Key job responsibilitiesWorking on a diverse project portfolio supporting Sustainability, Finance and Accounting recovery initiatives and strategy.Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business teams, Operations, Commercials, Program Management and Finance leadership.Coordination of global analytic roll-ups in support of project work and reporting as needed.Create new reporting & analytic opportunities by analyzing and understanding key processes.Document writing and presentations on key initiatives used to influence necessary business actions benefiting the RL Network.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience with SQL2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience2+ years experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Data Visualization Tools and metric creationExperience using inventory management systems Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experienceProfessional experience influencing internal and external stakeholdersExperience creating and setting annual operating plan and presenting to senior managementAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
