Job Description
We are seeking a Quality/Audit Coordinator/Team Lead to oversee a team of 3 quality auditors in various locations across Ireland and Northern Ireland. This role is responsible for ensuring that depots adhere to and advance operational procedures.
The successful candidate will be based primarily at our HQ in Athlone, with flexibility to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and documentation.
* Verify findings by comparing results to documentation.
* Complete audit work by documenting audit results, findings, and recommendations.
* Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report discussing findings with auditees.
* Comply with legal, licensing, and ISO requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management.
* Pursue special audits and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
* Contribute to leading the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Perform and maintain control of the full Audit cycle, including reliability, compliance with applicable regulations and directives, and risk management.
* Attend meetings with auditees to understand their business operations.
* Travel to various depots and meet with relevant company staff while obtaining necessary information.
* Provide advice to staff and management through training sessions, courses, or other means.
* Research and assess overall performance and risk management processes, using software to record results.

* Excellent report writing skills.
* Experience with audit software beneficial.

* Proven strong communication skills with stakeholders.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Understanding of BI and data analytics advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Fully qualified driver with own car essential.
