Roles and Responsibilities: Review Tender budgets and validate them, ensuring all scope has been captured and identifying any risks.
Develop detailed cost plans and update them weekly.
Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts.
Ensure payment certificates are processed, and payments are made according to the agreed sub-contract and procurement terms, including retentions as per agreements.
Prepare weekly and monthly commercial project reports, including updated cost plans, cash flow forecasts, schedule updates, and risk assessments, and present them to senior management in the monthly project reviews.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Oversee the procurement process, including the selection of suppliers and subcontractors, in collaboration with the Project and Procurement Team.
Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and have the ability to negotiate commercial and contractual topics.
Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and other team members.
