Digital Marketing and Sales Support Specialist
This is a newly created role within the company based in our Cork head office, located in the Blackrock/Mahon area of Cork City. The role reports to the Head of Business Development with a dotted line to the Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and publishing content for all Digital Marketing channels including LinkedIn, social media, and website.
* Work closely with the retained external Digital Marketing agency and management team to develop digital marketing strategy and execute on same on an ongoing basis.
* Introduce AI and related tools to drive improve sales and marketing activities and support brand development and drive inbound sales queries.
* Manage all marketing spend and achieve best value for money across all of our marketing spend.
* Drive continuous improvement of our website and work with external digital marketing agency and website design company to drive SEO performance.
* Support the sales team with general sales and marketing activities such as E Mail marketing, open days/conferences etc.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years relevant Digital Marketing experience and ideally a relevant 3rd level qualification in this area.
* Ideal experience in sales support and sales administration.
* Ability to write relevant and high-quality content for Digital Marketing channels and be very familiar with LinkedIn and other social media channels.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong IT Systems Administration skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
