Job Title:
Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, customers, and service providers.
* Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong initiative for self-led work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and appearance.

Salary: €30-€34K per annum
