The Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to creating a positive online experience for millions of users. Your daily tasks will include:
* Acting as a single point of contact for user inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Providing customer support through email and phone, ensuring a balance between productivity and quality
* Liaising with other departments as necessary
* Identifying process improvement opportunities and presenting them to the relevant teams
* Supporting customers at major events around the world
* Others tasks as required
Key Requirements
* You must be fluent in French and English.
* You should have at least 6 months of experience in IT and tech support.
* A basic understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
* You should have excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal relationships.
* You should be able to manage multiple priorities, duties, and tasks effectively.
