Role/Department
The Audit Services' Professional Practices Group (PPG) is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the audit methodology practices and driving the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver high-quality technical training in audit, soft skills, and other related topics to global audiences.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training through QA reviews and assist in building the training program.
* Continual update of the training program to reflect the latest technical updates, QA reviews, and regulatory findings.
* Liaison with corporate training teams to ensure alignment with corporate training strategy.
* Manage and update the Audit Services Learning and Development centre.
Requirements:
* Confident presenter able to react positively to challenge.
* Passion for delivering training topics on audit and soft skills, as well as desire for continual learning and development.
* Qualified ACA or CPA, CIA with interest in technical and training matters.
* Previous experience designing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* High attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to learn quickly.
