Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in Northern Ireland, ROI, and UK.
* Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
* Possess proven experience in responding to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Lead and direct junior sales staff.
* C coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan for corporate and customers in Northern Ireland.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large private and public sector clients.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare sales forecasts and stay up-to-date with new product launches.
* Attend industry events to network and promote the company's solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as Head of Sales, Country Manager, or Sales Director.
* High-level sales management skills with active involvement in sales.
* Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience developing sales and marketing plans.
* CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
* In-depth understanding of market structure and trends desirable.
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
