We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist/Administrator on a Temporary cover basis, within Financial Services
Dublin City Centre based - On site
Responsibilities:
* Seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures
* Perform routine administrative support tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues
* Interact with client personnel on basic information
* Support with phone and emails, as well as taking messages where necessary
Requirements:
* Experience in administrative support or corporate reception
* Experience managing a shared mailbox and prioritising correspondence effectively
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills
