We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant with Payroll Experience in the Connemara Coast Hotel.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts Department in the day-to-day financial management and reporting of the Hotel.
Responsibilities
1. Accounts payable - Ideally have working knowledge of Procure Wizard
2. Accounts receivable
3. Posting and processing payments
4. Bank Reconciliation & Nominal account reconciliations
5. Income Auditing
6. Processing and payment of weekly payroll
7. Preparation of payroll reports
8. Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts
Ideal Candidate
1. At least 2 years' experience in the finance function, hospitality desirable
2. Strong knowledge of Sage and Sage Micropay
3. Excellent communication skills; fully fluent written and spoken English essential
4. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Ability to prioritize and to work to deadlines
6. Organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
This is a four-day-a-week role. Flexible hours.
