About the Opportunity
As an Account Support Associate, you will be a valued member of our UK Assurance team, working closely with engagement teams and external client personnel. You will have the autonomy to become a trusted member of the team, making independent decisions, exercising sound judgment, and taking ownership of processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support on engagement administration and non-technical project administration/coordination
* Act as a point of contact for engagement teams and clients, dealing with non-technical coordination queries and proactively building ongoing internal and external relationships
* Prepare supporting financial analysis on budgets, invoices, and cash collection; provide budget support and help managers maintain expected levels of margin and revenue
Requirements
* Proficient in multitasking and managing a diverse workload, particularly during peak periods, while consistently meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
* Strong numeracy skills with the ability to learn and apply financial calculations effectively
* Advanced competency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting
* Proven experience in account management and project administration, including tracking actual costs against budget and understanding financial measures
* Excellent client service focus, with the ability to anticipate and address team and client requirements proactively
