We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Limerick. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales Targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
* Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
* Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
* Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.
* Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
* Must have proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork and mutual support.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
