Practice Accountant | Wexford
Our client is a fast-growing, full-service professional services provider with over 40 office locations nationwide. They offer a range of accounting, auditing, taxation, agri-consultancy, financial, and business advisory services to almost 30,000 clients.
We are seeking a Full-Time Part-Qualified/Qualified Accountant for our New Ross, Co. Wexford office.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage accounts.
* Contribute to and assist with the office work plan.
* Manage multiple jobs, ensuring key objectives are met on time.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding service level expectations.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting practice would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently are essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary.
* Proficiency in SAGE or related accounting software is expected.
* Experience with payroll packages is also desired.
* Superior client relationship management skills are essential.
* Familiarity with VAT, PAYE, RCT, CRO, IT & CT returns would be advantageous.
* An agricultural background or knowledge would be highly valued.
