Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical installation and maintenance tasks for the residential project, ensuring that these activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating all mechanical works on site, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
* Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, health & safety standards, and industry regulations.
* Managing a team of mechanical technicians and subcontractors, overseeing their work and providing guidance as needed.
* Conducting regular site inspections and submitting reports on progress.
* Liaising with the Project Manager and other supervisory staff to address any issues or delays that may arise during the project.
* Ensuring that all materials and equipment required for the project are available and meet project specifications.
* Troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical system issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the construction industry.
* Proven experience working on large residential or commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
* Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality control procedures.
