Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations team in a busy hotel environment.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of receptionists and concierges to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage everyday operations, including front desk duties, room assignments, and customer communications.
* Maintain high standards of service quality, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager or similar role.
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team in a 4*/5* hotel environment.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of the hotel management team.
* Proficient in Hotel software systems (e.g. Opera, Hotsoft).
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
