We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the management, delivery, and administration of a large-scale site development, construction, and maintenance program.
The role focuses on aligning the property portfolio with the strategic objectives and long-term goals of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to the implementation of the organization’s strategic goals, including initiatives from the Sustainability Strategy within the Property Department.
* Assist in the management of business parks, overseeing construction contracts and maintenance activities.
* Provide support in managing a portfolio of properties.
* Help administer the Estate Management program, including the maintenance of roads, services, buildings, and landscaping.
* Participate in procurement processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
* Collaborate with external consultants and agents to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.
* Support the tendering process and manage construction upgrades as required.
* Work with utility and service providers to manage rights of way, wayleaves, and licenses.
* Regularly engage with client companies to address property-related issues and provide effective solutions.
* Assist in securing approval for property solutions tailored to client needs.
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio.
* Support legal processes related to deeds, rectifications, and boundary matters.
* Engage in continuous learning and development, participating in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar mapping software is an advantage.
* A third-level qualification (Level 7 or above) recognized on the National Qualification Framework, ideally in a property or engineering-related field.
* Strong ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Experience in property management, engineering projects, or construction contract administration is preferred.
* Project management skills are advantageous.
* A full driving license is desirable.
* Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally work outside standard office hours.
