Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Operations Specialist. This role requires strong technical and leadership skills, with a focus on event management and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor events across various systems and technologies
* Develop and implement data pipelines using vendor-provided libraries or open interfaces through API such as REST
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business impact
* Lead and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in technical/infrastructure operations
* 5+ years' experience in event management and monitoring
* 3+ years of experience with Service Now Event Management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree
* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
* Event Management experience
