Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Equipment)
Cork's world leading multinational medical device client seeks experienced Manufacturing Engineers to work with CREGG. The successful candidate will provide daily support of production line equipment, processes and materials to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot new products/processes working closely with product development teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and yield analysis initiatives.
* Drive improvements in process design, layout, and operational performance.
* Collaborate with technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure business process success.
* Support new product introduction development and execute new equipment introductions.
* Perform root cause analysis using Lean tools and techniques.
* Demonstrate good working knowledge and application of validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum Level 7 Degree.
* Minimum 2 years experience working at an Engineering level, preferably in the Medical Device industry or other highly regulated environment.
* Project planning/management experience is highly desirable.
* Process and equipment validations, IQ/OQ/PQ skills are desirable.
