As ENG Bauen continues to support clients across Ireland and mainland Europe, this is an excellent opportunity for a Validation Engineer to secure a long-term contract with a client making significant investments.
This role is perfect for a Validation Engineer with hands-on project experience and a strong background in project delivery, from concept to commissioning, qualification, and validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliancerelevant regulations while supporting key validation activities.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with local project teams to deliver Automation and IT aspects of capital projects.
* Work with site teams developing and executing validation plans, protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), and reports.
* Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, and processes meet regulatory and industry standards.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement validation strategies.
* Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to optimize validation activities.
* Provide technical competence in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
Requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
* Experience in project automation or IT support in a similar role with experience in laboratory analytical instrument qualification.
* Experience in validation within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
* Experience in automation equipment used in the Laboratory is an advantage.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
