We are recruiting Engineers with transferable skills and preferably field-based experience. Delivering the highest standard of customer excellence to our dental customers and carrying out reactive, planned, or installation projects at practices when required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Repair and maintenance of equipment
2. Preventative maintenance visit
3. Installation and commissioning of new equipment
4. Pre and post installation technical support
5. Technical advice to customers and company staff
6. Awareness of and forwarding of all equipment sales leads and service contract opportunities to sales staff
7. Assistance in resolution of technical queries and complaints
8. Assistance in pre installation and surgery design
9. Parts identification and control of van parts stock
QM System Responsibilities:
1. Comply with Company’s Quality & Environmental Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
2. Understand and apply our quality and environmental policy statements in all aspects of your work.
3. Contribute towards achieving the companies objectives.
4. Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
5. Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
