The opportunity
Senior Product Managers at Workhuman operate at the intersection of businessstrategy, customer excellence, and tactical execution to identify, prioritize, anddeliver high-value product functionality to our customers. In this role you will lead product management in a criticalarea of Workhuman’s, customer and user management platform which enablesfunctionality and experiences that impact all customers internal and external.

The skills you bring:
10. Ideally, 8+ years working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum productdevelopment environmentincluding specific expertise in building experiences / services for identity or user management systems.However, equivalent skills, as well as the relevance of your experience and notable achievements, will also be taken into consideration.
11. Experience creating a foundational set of services supporting a wide range of features and customers.
12. Experience with SaaS delivery model, in either B2B or B2C environments. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
13. Proven experience in a platform environment, impacting multiple internal teams
14. While not necessarily needing to be an expert incoding, having a solid understanding of the technologies and platformsrelevant to user and identity products is crucial.
15. Strong capability to analyze data,understand metrics, and derive actionable insights. Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
17. Skilled in empathizing with users, understanding their needs, andtranslating those needs into product features.
