Overview:
Supporting the sale, set up and every day running of the B2B gift card clients using our CashStar platform.
Role Purpose:
The role is to identify and reach out to new clients to encourage new customers to purchase gift cards in bulk from our CashStar B2B clients in the Irish market. The role also engages with existing customers and answers any queries from these customers to increase sales overall. Clients that we represent include Tesco, An Post & Marks and Spencer's.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate a pro-active approach to locate new clients and promote the benefits of the CashStar business model.
2. Work towards individual and team sales targets and react to trends effectively.
3. Identify customer needs across the platform to maximise sales opportunities.
4. Working with a CRM tool to track sales pipeline.
5. Monitor the CashStar platform and support customers with account and sales queries that arise.
6. Set and achieve individual objectives and review performance.
7. Support with investigations of any errors on the platform.
8. Work with the finance, operations and sales teams to resolve any customer complaints.
9. To work closely with all teams linked to CashStar to share information and resolve queries.
10. Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimised.
11. Always display positive examples of the company Beliefs.
Qualifications:
1. Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Online Search Engines.
2. Be able to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
3. Ideally demonstrated some sales experience with a record of hitting targets set.
4. Work well as part of a team.
5. Excellent Telephone and Email communication.
6. Prominent level of attention to detail and strong written communication.
7. Ability to problem solve and work calmly under pressure.
