My client in the tech space has an immediate requirement for a Senior Payroll Analyst.
Hybrid working – Dublin 2.
Reporting to our Global Payroll Manager (US based), the primary role will be managing day to day payroll processes and ensuring that all Ireland employees are paid correctly and on time.
Initially a contract role with high likelihood of permanency for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 5+ years of EMEA (IE) payroll processing experience for small to midsize organizations
2. Highly proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas)
3. Strong systems knowledge, including the ability to quickly learn new systems
4. Problem solver, you like to prioritize tasks and get scrappy to resolve last minute issues that arise
5. Be highly self-motivated, have a great work ethic, and can work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
6. Some experience of Workday is vital.
