Job Summary
The Mobile Breakdown Truck Tyre Fitter is responsible for responding to customer breakdowns in the Leitrim and surrounding area.
Our company van is fully kitted to assist with breakdowns in Athlone/Galway and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Repairing and replacing customer truck tyres as needed
* Replacing wheels using a torque wrench to achieve final tightening of wheel nuts
* Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to the customer
* Recording all relevant details in the breakdown book
* Using materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner
* Fully complying with all safety procedures and truck operations essential safety steps
* Maintaining our company van clean, with adequate stock and serviced when necessary
* Adhering fully to the Company's Operations Manual
* Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
* Some level of truck tyre experience is required
* A full clean driving licence is essential
