Key Responsibilities
* Lead a district with line management responsibilities for Store Managers within the area.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote effective collaboration among team members.
* Develop, support, and coach Store Managers within the district.
* Analyze and optimize stock movements.
* Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive.
* Perform cash management checks.
* Support projects by analyzing data and providing feedback.
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings.
* Create and implement annual business plans for the district.
* Plan KPIs and store staffing structures for the district.
* Implement company strategy within the district.
* Prepare for and attend Area Manager meetings.
Requirements
* Hold or expect to attain a 2:1 degree in any discipline or possess at least three years of management experience.
* Possess excellent communication, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
* Hold a full, clean driving license.
* Be an organized, flexible, motivated, and hardworking leader.
* Have previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Express a strong interest in developing a career in retail.
