In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to identify hiring needs both now and in the future, post job openings online, monitor recruitment progress, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience for positions across Ireland and Europe. To excel, you should have a solid recruitment background, with experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and effectively managing expectations for both hiring managers and candidates, along with the ability to implement new processes.
We are pleased to announce we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team at our head office in Ballymount, Dublin.
Reports to: HR Director
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify priority roles and manage negotiations with candidates.Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).Maintain positive relationships with on-site management and external agencies.Maintain an up-to-date tracker of the recruitment process daily for immediate updates.Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites) and external stakeholders.Screen CVs and applications while updating candidates on the hiring process.Manage the interview process with stakeholders, including post-interview feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.Lead and manage meetings with hiring managers to provide updates and solutions to hire.Develop a pipeline of candidates across the business to support future requirements.Report and present to hiring managers and HR Director on the status of open/filled positions.Evaluate candidates based on their interview performance to proceed to the next stages.Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process while developing a strategic focus to assess future requirements.Update job descriptions with hiring managers to accurately reflect the role.Ensure an effective turnaround time on queries, feedback, reports, offers, etc.Minimum Requirements: Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or Agency Recruiter with 3+ years' experience.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Degree in HR or Business Studies including HR.Good understanding of Engineering and Construction sector jobs.Experience using various interview formats.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Results-focused with a sense of urgency.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Winthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer.
