Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, duties include:
* To actively manage and develop the Reception team.
* Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
* A thorough knowledge of the Opera Property Management System is required to ensure correct procedures are always followed.
* To ensure that service levels are maintained to the highest degree and particular attention is paid to client care to ensure that all guests receive the highest quality of service and attention.
* Ensure all cash, guest charges, floats, and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in a 4-star hotel or similar. They should be customer-focused, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a good eye for detail.
