About the Job:
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key leadership role in driving and developing strategic initiatives across the business. You will work with colleagues across the business to support the drive for continual improvement, delivering best in class service to our customers, partners and parent company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Working with the CEO, SLT and business colleagues to develop and plan the strategic direction of Eirgen Pharma and lead the implementation of our continuous improvement strategy.
* Provide leadership and direction to the business ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Engage with management from across Eirgen’s business to identify areas for improvement and to share best in class work practices.
* Keep abreast of good practice nationally and internationally.
Operational Excellence
* Accountable for the ongoing development and utilisation of the Operational Excellence improvement framework.
* Champion the work of the Operational Excellence across the business.
* Collaborate with leaders from all teams to agree, develop and monitor an improvement framework that provides best in class performance recording mechanisms and regular reviews.
About You:
As well as possessing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5+ years experience in a leadership role (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry), you are proficient in establishing performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, financial management and data analysis. Effective in the management of change, you will have previous experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, engaging with stakeholders, setting objectives and making data-driven decisions. You hold key skills such as the ability to influence others, foster creative teamwork and diversity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
You have excellent self-awareness; as an excellent leader, you possess the desire and drive to lead with honesty and integrity. You take a collaborative approach, emphasizing communication and accountability, and you have a progressive, continuous improvement mindset.
