Practice Accountant | Wexford
Our client is a fast growing, full service, multi-disciplined professional services provider. With over 40 office locations nationwide, they offer a range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a diversified portfolio of almost 30,000 clients.
We are seeking to hire a Full-Time Part-Qualified/ Qualified Accountant in our New Ross, Co. Wexford office.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation & Management of accounts
2. Input into and assisting with the office work plan
3. Management of multiple jobs ensuring the key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner
4. Client relationship management ensuring client service level expectations are met and exceeded
Candidate Profile:
5. Ideally 5 years’ experience in an Accounting practice
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Self-motivation and capability of working on your own initiative
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. Proficient in the use of SAGE/Related Accounting Software
10. Proficient in the use of Payroll Packages
11. Excellent Client relationship management
12. Experience of VAT, PAYE, RCT, CRO, IT & CT returns.
13. Agricultural background/knowledge would be an advantage
