Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Digital Optimisation Lead for our region covering the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for our Water End Market, supporting the growth of our digital service. The Regional Lead will report to the Digital Optimisation Lead for the UK&I.
Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Digital adoption across region: identify areas where upskilling and support in project delivery is required.
2. Project Support: Act as digital lead across multiple projects or framework.
3. Resource Management: Responsible for ensuring suitable resources are identified and allocated to projects.
4. Software Champion: Point of contact within region for technical software queries.
5. Internal stakeholder Presentations: Present at regional water townhalls, updates and successes.
6. Digital Strategy: Work with UK & I Delivery Optimisation Lead to plan and develop digital strategies.
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Certified Postgraduate or Equivalent Qualification: In Civil/Structural Engineering.
2. Project Information Delivery: Experience in delivering project information in accordance to ISO 19650 suite and BIM standards.
3. Software Proficiency: Experience working in and administering a Common Data Environment.
4. Design Automations: Experience of working with teams to identify automation opportunities.
5. Stakeholder engagement: Experience of influencing non-technical executive stakeholders.
6. Mentoring and coaching: Experience in mentoring and coaching technical and non-technical teams.
