Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our complex recruitment processes on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
* Maintain data on applicant tracking systems throughout the recruitment process.
* Analyse scheduling reports to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
* Evaluate candidate experiences and recommend process enhancements.
Required Experience:
* 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions.
* Experience with Microsoft Office software and HR coordination systems.
