We are recruiting a Commercial Lines Insurance Broker for our client, a small insurance business with a people-first ethos and fantastic culture. They offer hybrid working and plan to continue operating as a small business.
About the Role
This role will support the growth of an existing book of business with renewals and growth. Our client has grown significantly over the last few years and plans to invest heavily in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage General Commercial Line and Financial Line customers via Direct and Wholesale channels.
* Service existing portfolios of clients, including all MTAs, queries, and advice.
* Process insurance policy aspects, developing and maintaining relationships with brokers/direct clients and underwriters.
* New Business and Renewals, including client discussions, re-broking, negotiations, and report preparation to ensure client retention.
* Maintain relationships with all clients, brokers, and Insurers.
* Update and maintain accurate customer information and data, complying with Data Protection legislation and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
* Claims handling and administration/processing insurance applications.
* General administration, system diary management, and professional service delivery to clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Commercial C.I.P qualifications or be grandfathered in commercial lines.
* Minimum 2+ years commercial insurance broking experience.
* Knowledge of the Relay system.
* Commitment and dedication in every aspect of their work.
