Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You will be a brand ambassador, using expert communication, sales, and negotiation techniques to convert all potential leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and/or commercial customers with a focus on high conversion rate.
* Promote and sell our products/services.
* Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
* Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
* Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
* Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance.
* Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in direct sales/field sales role with the Utilities or Telecoms sector.
* Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in achieving sales goals.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation where required.
