Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to work closely with our Managed Services Team in a dedicated team, supporting a multi-technology IT environment. The successful candidate will work on and receive exposure to different technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, and the latest Microsoft applications and solutions.
The Role would involve:
* On-site resourcing cover – operating within a customer's environment and under their governance.
* Provisioning accounts and equipment.
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, and O.
* Maintaining and building current documentation in place.
* Interacting with and managing third parties.
* Application troubleshooting and support.
