A position currently exists for an Accounts and Office Administrator in our busy office.
Candidates Requirements:
* Be self-motivated with proven attention to detail and follow through.
* Be computer literate in MS Office.
* Be experienced with accounting and payroll software packages.
* Be experienced in customer administration and data entry.
* Have the ability to multi-task and to adapt to different situations.
* Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Be a good communicator.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
* Client Data Management.
* Creating new records for clients.
* Accurate, efficient and timely data entry.
* Report generation and verification.
* Site scheduling and analysis.
* Compliancy document control.
* Liaising with operations staff, customers and suppliers.
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Work Location: In person
This position might suit part time/school hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
