Client Business Manager at Red Chair Recruitment
Red Chair Recruitment is currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to manage and oversee the daily kitchen operation of a vibrant, busy hotel, bar & restaurant, ensuring exceptional food is produced and served to customers, maintaining high standards with the best of local ingredients and produce.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 5+ Years Head Chef Experience within busy restaurant or hotel environments essential for the role.
2. A creative flair and passion for cooking with an impressive portfolio to match.
3. Menu Planning, Costing, and Implementation working with Company Head chef.
4. Oversee day-to-day operations of all kitchen operations, including but not exclusive to HACCP & food safety, cleaning schedules, team leadership and development.
5. Experience of managing an all-year-round food offering and kitchen team.
6. Exceptional Customer Service.
7. Exceptional Communication, Management, Organisation and Time Management, Rostering & Labour costing.
8. Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
9. Kitchen management to include equipment care, maintenance organisation and servicing.
10. Excellent Stock Control, Ordering, Budgeting and Forecasting experience with proven GP track record.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. Competitive Salary of €50,000 – €60,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
2. Bonus to be discussed in interview.
