THE OPPORTUNITY Title: Contracts Coordinator, Information Security Specialist
Location: Europe remote
Job summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Commercial Contracts Support, the Contracts Coordinator, Information Security Specialist is responsible for providing critical contractual and operational support to the Sales team, managing all aspects of the contracts process from start to finish, including providing specific attention to Information Security matters while liaising with the Information Security team.
Fluency in English and either Spanish or German is required. Your role in our mission: Provide requested contracts to Sales inclusive of deal specific information; draft pricing schedules and review modifications thereto upon confirming business expectations with Sales. Proactively identify disparities, gaps and contradictions in business specifications within contracts or requests from Sales, then edit documents accordingly. Resolve business and operational matters by weighing customer requirements against internal company policies. Ensure operational and business issues within contracts have been reviewed and approved by subject matter experts. Support Information Security / Information Technology reviews as part of general contracting matters. Valued skills and experience: Mandatory fluency in English plus fluency in at least one other language from Spanish or German. Education/Experience: college degree or equivalent with substantial contracts administration experience. General understanding of standard contract provisions. Strong attention to detail, specifically as it pertains to the drafting and review of contracts. Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and achieve results through others.
